As the weather continues to surprise us all, surely its time to brush up on your outdoor cooking skills. With that in mind, Food Sorcery, the cookery and Barista school based at Waterside Hotel in Didsbury are hosting an updated and accessible BBQ course that will give you the skills to cook on the open flame with confidence. Take your place as pit master for the day and whip up some classic BBQ dishes to your preference with friends.
Cooking Vegetarian on the barbecue doesn’t need to be boring and predictable, opening your eyes to some of the flexible ways of cooking outside and what you can do with some exciting ingredients – you will eat what you cook, so plenty of food!.
This event is about enjoying the BBQ experience (yes there is a bar) with a focus on developing core BBQ skills of fire control, preparation and cooking.
