Gin mixologist Hilary has carefully selected a range of gins to suit all tastes, which will be available on the bar under the headings Local, Fruity and World Gins. Hilary has worked closely with Peter Spanton Beverages, who specialise in premium choice tonics. Check out their fabulous range of classic and unique flavours.
These are all laid out in the drinks menu, with a description and the suggested “perfect mix” of tonic or other mixer & garnish to pair with your choice of gin.
Street Food is available with single or sharing options, along with music provided by talented local musicians.
The gin exhibitors will be selling their products on the night. Why not try before you buy, as all their gins are available from the bar. You can order at any point during the evening and your bottle(s) will be ready for you to collect as you are leaving.
Please note: The bars operate on a token system which can be purchased on the night from the Entrance Desk. Vouchers can be bought in multiples of £5 and are worth 1 measure (25ml) of gin plus tonic and garnish.
