Another new restaurant addition soon to open right opposite our Didsbury Branch in Wilmslow road is ‘BAITY’ a Palestinian Kitchen – due to open this Summer and already recruiting!
Baity is the word for ‘home’ in Arabic, the main language of Palestine. The cuisine is a healthy mix of Mediterranean flavours, unique spices and herbs from the Holy Land! Being custodians of the Holy Land, hospitality and good food is what they’re good at! The team are very excited to bring that experience, with a twist of European presentation to Didsbury.
From home made Hummus to Musakhan, they will surely impress your palate with new flavours, textures and experience.
