Jill Greenwood is a successful Manchester- based personal trainer and nutritionist and is launching her second book ‘SuperSlaw: Blitz your way to 5 a day’ following the success of her debut recipe book based on a simple approach to aid nutritional success.

She is holding an official book launch on 8th June at Didsbury Lounge on Barlow Moor Road where she’ll be doing a live SuperSlaw demonstration and this coincides with the release of the book on Amazon on the same day.
