Running throughout March until the 6th April is The Great Didsbury Easter Chick Hunt in aid of the wonderful local Francis House Childrens Hospice. Participants young and old are invited to collect a map from a number of businesses in Didsbury (ourselves included) or download one here: http://The Great Didsbury Easter Chick Hunt Map and then track down 20 large knitted Easter chicks, all perched in shop and business windows throughout Didsbury. Each Chick has a name and a fact about Francis house, with completed maps to be handed in at Francis House on Parrswood Road or into the ‘Chick Post Box’ at Didsbury library.
Donations for each entry are clearly encouraged (either cash in an envelope with your entry, or call 0161 443 2200 to make a donation by card) and each entry has the chance to win some fabulous Easter prizes. http://www.francishouse.org.uk/chick-hunt
